Make sure the download is fully complete before opening the file. You’ll know it’s finished when the file name ends in .zip. If it ends in .download or .crdownload, the download is still in progress. Depending on your internet speed, it may take 10 minutes or more to complete.
You can download your files immediately after purchasing or later from your account.
Option 1 – Right After Purchase
After checkout you will see a confirmation page. Simply click the download link to download your files.

If you did not download right away:
