In this lesson we focus on how to "activate" our left-hand and make it part of our improvisation.

Intermediate Jazz and Blues Improv

This course will cover creating lines over common forms like the blues and rhythm changes. I will also show you some of my tricks to take your improvisation “in or out” of the harmony to get an advanced sound. We will deal with how to improvise over ballads and uptempo tunes.
