In this lesson you'll learn an improvisation over "In The Wee Small Hours of The Morning" with rootless chords and quartals in the left-hand.

Intermediate Jazz and Blues Improv

This course will cover creating lines over common forms like the blues and rhythm changes. I will also show you some of my tricks to take your improvisation “in or out” of the harmony to get an advanced sound. We will deal with how to improvise over ballads and uptempo tunes.
