If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your membership it is best to submit a support ticket by emailing us at support@jazzedge.com. Be sure to email us using the same email address you use to login to your account or let us know what email address your account is under. Also let us know what membership you want to upgrade/downgrade to and we can find the best, most cost-effective solution for you!
If you're not 100% satisfied with Jazzedge Academy, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days.
There is a (5) Resource Download Limit which is explain here and only applies to the 30-Day Guarantee.
Simply put, if you download more than 5 resources, then request a refund within 30 days, your refund request will be denied. If you download 5 or fewer resources and request a refund, your refund will be processed according to our refund terms and the resources you've downloaded are yours to keep.

To cancel your Jazzedge Academy membership, begin by clicking on the ACCOUNT button in the menu at the top of the page.
Next, choose Billing & Payments.
Choose the membership you wish to cancel, click on the Cancel Membership link, then follow the prompts to cancel your membership:
