Not necessarily. Depending on how many event registrations an event has, the teacher may have time to answer questions from event attendees who have not registered. This will be time dependent. 

No, however you must register for the event. When registering, you'll see the option to choose if you will be attending the event live or not.

Yes. After you register, you'll see your registration details on the event page. You'll also see your registration indicated on the main events page. To edit your registration, click the Edit Registration link. This is especially handy if your Youtube video is not quite ready for submission. This will allow you to register, then add your video before the event goes live.

Event registration opens up (2) weeks before the start of the event. At that time the register button will become active. You can see the date registration will be available on the event page. Note - some events do not allow registration.

To submit your video, you need to upload it to Youtube and share the Youtube link when registering for the event. Here is a Youtube tutorial on how this works.
